What cork products do you know?

Cork products includes:

① Natural cork products. After cooking, softening and drying, it can be directly cut, punched, and turned into finished products such as plugs, pads, handicrafts, etc.

②Baking cork products. The leftovers of natural cork products are crushed and then compacted into shapes, baked in an oven at 260-316°C for 1-1.5 hours, and then cooled to become cork bricks for low-temperature insulation. It can also be manufactured by superheated steam heating method.

③Cemented cork products. Cork fine particles are mixed with powder and adhesive (such as resin, rubber) and pressed into cemented cork products, such as floor veneer, sound insulation board, heat insulation board, etc., which are widely used in aerospace, ships, machinery, construction, etc.

④ Cork rubber products. It is made from cork powder and about 70% rubber. It has the compressibility of cork and the elasticity of rubber. It is mainly used as an excellent low and medium pressure static sealing material for engines, etc. It can also be used as an anti-seismic, sound insulation, friction material, etc.
